This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted at RECOVERIX.

Return Period

  • Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.

Return Process

  • The customer must provide the order number and reason for the return.

  • Once the return request is approved, detailed instructions will be provided.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors caused by RECOVERIX.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
